This is all about choosing the proper site. It will be viable and the air must be breezy, fresh and clean. Observation and analysis will assure premium air quality.

Water

The Earth is an elegant machine. It is simple, tireless, and timeless. Our nation’s water supply is at risk and has been compromised. There are some contaminants that cannot be removed by us; medications, hormones, bactericides and others. They can seep into ground water, contaminating wells. The elegant machine handles it easily using the same method it always uses – the water cycle. Evaporation, condensation, precipitation; directing the water to filters for atmospheric contaminants gives you renewable, sustainable pure fresh water.

Food

The horror stories are legion on a global scale. Food can be dangerous to your health. Our sites have areas devoted to gardens and are enhanced using permaculture techniques. A kitchen is a part of the organic food chain, but not all. Composting, gardening, drying, rendering and storing require specific designs, different for every family. This way assurance of organic food is guaranteed.

Design

Mainstream residential designs contain unhealthy flaws, from off-gassing of volatile organic compounds in building materials and finishes to an absence of natural light and ergonomic consideration. The statistics are relentless; ‘death by house’ is common when you fall in the tub or shower, or trip down the stairs. This has less to do with age; bad design can take you down whoever or wherever you are.
The Americans with Disabilities Act specifies accessible design guidelines; we have worked with ADA compliancy and know its standards increase safety margins for everyone.

Down the Road

Using our prototype Permia as a seminal event defining our Permian Park projects, we will access 100 acre forest clusters and establish multiple single families.

We can joint venture with the railroads and lumber companies to access appropriate sites and establish our concept in forest clusters previously incapable of sustaining human habitation.

Brief

We access a select group of associates who form the fusion team for these projects. We have a lengthy background in residential and commercial construction.

We will locate the proper sites, visioneer, masterplan, design, permit, pre-sell, advise, manage, construct and closeout our projects. This is our deliverable, from site search to turnkey.
